Terms And Conditions


  • Our confirmation remains conditional until full payment is made.
  • Cancellation by Client within less than 14 working days will result in forfeit of full payment received
  • Should there be an efficient time frame to produce a minus one (1 week) of a repertoire requested, the client shall accommodate to Dennis Lau’s existing songlist only. Extra cost may be incurred to the client for a new minus one production.
  • Change of date by Client will result in forfeiture of full payment should Artiste be unavailable on revised date. 
  • Client will pay Artiste an additional 50% of professional rate should Artiste agree to a new revised date as requested by Client to compensate for Artiste’s loss of income on original booking date. 
  • Cancellation by Artiste at any time will result in Artiste having to fully refund Client’s paid amount.


  • At least 1 (One) non-sharing day-use/overnight room provided AND in-room dining of MYR200.00 per artist/day for Artiste(s) & entourage for performance inside a hotel OR a performance which required waiting time (from the time of sound check until actual performance) is more than 2 hours.
  • Standby for Actual Performance in a Non-sharing private holding room provided with mineral water.
  • Technical riders will be provided upon confirmation. All technical equipment provided by Client must be strictly in accordance with the rider provided by Artiste(s). 


  • 1 (ONE) SHURE Wireless transmitter (bodypack) & receiver with L SHAPE QUARTER INCH JACK for Electric Violin
  • 2 Stage Monitors
  • 1 (ONE) SHURE Wireless microphones mounted on a stand
  • A sound master for the Artiste MUST be present for the assistance during rehearsal and actual show. Artiste(s) reserve the rights to cancel the performance IF without satisfied sound check is done.
